Reliable GrindsEdit

• The Rat-Catcher's reward: 1250 rats per 4 actions (per week)
• Keep your hands quick in Spite: 11-206 rats per action (PoSIs only)
• Find a rat-catcher to work with on Watchmaker's Hill:
  • Watch and wait: ~[Dangerous*0.4+10] rats per action, but loses 10 CP Society
  • Use your Ratting Piece: ~[Dangerous*0.42+20] rats per action (Rat-Catchers only)
• Befriend the Topsy-King, in the Flit:
  • Present your credentials: up to 63 rats per action (requires Shadowy 59-73)^[1]
  • Pull your Lucky Weasel from a hat: up to 70 rats per action (requires Shadowy 64-78)^[1]
• Hold the picket line at the Docks: up to 64 rats per action (requires Dangerous 60-74 and A Veteran of the Battle of Wolfstack Docks: Untried by the Docks)^[2]
• Convert spare items:
  • Convert 25 Identities Uncovered: ~60% chance of 200 rats
  • Convert 50 Correspondence Plaques: ~60% chance of 100 rats
• Buy rats from the Bazaar: tuppence apiece.

1. ↑ ^{1.0 1.1} To get the high rat rewards, change to high Shadowy gear when inside the storylet, and click "try this again" instead of "onwards" to keep grinding.
2. ↑ This gives fewer rats than "watch and wait", but allows you to grind Dangerous CPs at the same time.
